Delivery across Europe from Finland
DHL delivery services to the door, post office / point of issue are operating as usual. Delivery times may increase due to increased workload.

DHL delivery services to the door and Russian Post are working as usual. Delivery times may increase due to changes in logistics routes.
There are currently no restrictions on imports from Russia, parcels from the Russian Federation to the countries of the world reach without hindrance.

Information on payment methods when buying Energy Diet from Kazakhstan to Russia
Payment systems VISA and Mastercard have suspended work in Russia. Cards issued by Russian banks will work on the territory of the Russian Federation without changes until the expiration date. Many banks extend the validity of cards. However, payments and transactions with such cards are not available abroad, including for online stores.
Cards of foreign banks also do not work in Russia, but they work in online stores in other countries.
